Gift Card Terms & Conditions 

 

1. General Terms 

  • The Gift Card is issued by “RAK Porcelain” and can be used exclusively for purchases on our website: onlineshop.rakporcelain.com. 

  • By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

2. Gift Card Purchase 

  • The Gift Card can be purchased online through our website. 

  • Upon purchase, you shall provide the recipient’s email address where the Gift Card will be sent. 

  • The Gift Card will be sent to the recipient’s email address after the purchase is completed. 

 

3. Gift Card Value & Usage 

  • The Gift Card can be loaded with a minimum value of AED 50 and a maximum value of AED 10,000. 

  • The Gift Card has to be purchased with full payment and “Cash on Delivery” payment method is not applicable. 

  • The Gift Card can be used for the purchase of any products available on the website, subject to availability. 

  • The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for monetary value. 

  • The value of the Gift Card can only be used to cover the total amount of a purchase. If the Gift Card balance is insufficient, the remaining balance must be paid using another available payment method.  

  • If the order total is less than the Gift Card value (e.g., using AED 200 from a AED 1,000 card), the remaining balance (AED 800) will stay on the Gift Card and can be used for future purchases until the expiry date. 

 

4. Expiry Date 

  • The Gift Card is valid for “6 months” from the date of purchase.

  • After the expiry date, any remaining balance on the Gift Card will be forfeited. 

 

 5. Redemption Process 

  • To redeem the Gift Card, the recipient must enter the unique Gift Card code at checkout on the website. The value of the Gift Card will be applied to the total purchase amount. 

  • If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the recipient will need to pay the remaining balance using other payment methods available. 

  • If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card and can be used for future purchases until the expiry date. 

6. Restrictions 

  • The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. 

 

7. Cancellation & Refunds 

  • Once purchased, Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. 

  • If a product purchased using the Gift Card is returned, the refund will be credited back to the customer account, subject to our return policy. 

 

8. Changes to Terms 

  • RAK Porcelain reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
